🇸🇪 We are excited to launch our new line of virtual server plans in Stockholm, Sweden!
It has been a while since our last interaction with you here at Nostr, and we are here with generous offer to fix that 🫂
The long-awaited update is here - AMD EPYC-based systems have been added to the Skhron hardware catalogue. Meet new KVM VPS plans - more powerful CPU, more RAM and faster network!

All specified plans include: 5Gbps uplinks, routed /64 IPv6 prefix and 1 dedicated IPv4. All provided prices are monthly. The discount is recurring and lasts for the entire lifetime of the service excluding customer-initiated upgrades.
Additional IPv4 addresses available for €0.65, free routed /56 IPv6 prefix and free BGP session upon request!
Offer is limited, hurry up!
Testing it too right now, from what I have noticed so far, I really like UX (UI?) improvements
Only about 19.69% of our customers use our #Tor onion site to manage their services. This was measured as per our nginx access_log (we don't use any kind of JS analytics).
To be honest, I have expected this percentage to be much higher.
Tbh https://github.com/hzrd149/blossom-server has nice README and config.example.yml is self-explanatory
In the long run, yes. Do you think that five generations from now everybody will be Misesian? Gold and silver work fine without anybody knowing how or why they work fine. Of course they still require people to choose to use them and we are better off knowing how and why they work fine so that we can avoid errors such as bank notes.
You can store cloud data on the cloud though 🤔
What do you mean by owning a domain? ICANN states the following:
> paying to register a domain name is not the same as "buying" it outright or permanently. You do not "own" a domain name. What you are doing is more like leasing the domain name from the registry operator that the domain name is associated with.
https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/faqs-84-2012-02-25-en#4
I don't think this is an issue for IPv6 in foreseeable future. As seen by our network (AS215467), fullview for IPv4 contains 972711/970267 routes and IPv6 only 206989/212113 (Poland/Sweden accordingly)
Remember:
In defining yourself as __against__ the thing,
you are still fundamentally defined __by__ the thing
gm
You can have "start" and "end" dates as well as customize reminders on a per-task basis
I don't understand birb.it part, but I guess you would like to have recursor infront of coredns, and that way you can have all of the flexibility CoreDNS offers while doing recursion and caching by unbound.
Nginx module I am talking about: https://github.com/kyprizel/testcookie-nginx-module
Path are relevant to gitea/forgejo, but I guess it is similar for CGit
```
map $uri $giteach_testcookie_pass {
default 0;
"~*^/api/" 1;
"~*^/assets/" 1;
"~*^/avatars/" 1;
"~*^/\S+/\S+\.git/" 1;
"~*^/\S+/\S+/raw/branch/" 1;
}
```
and use `testcookie_pass $giteach_testcookie_pass;` to selectively disable testcookie in a `location / { ... }` block
Bitcoin is being coopted by the same forces that coopted gold and silver. Custodians, higher layers, ETFs, KYC/AML, treated like a stock for tax purposes, etc. That's essentially "paper bitcoin." All the same stuff that disabled gold and silver as money have happened or are happening.
We say "not your keys, not your bitcoin" and that's correct. By the same logic we can say "not cold hard cash in your hand, not your gold or silver."
Have you tried using bitcoin as money recently? It works great in a few cases but is far more tedious to use than in its heyday.
It has been a while since I used gold and silver as money. It also works great in a few cases but is also far more tedious to use than in its heyday.
I don't have to be anti-gold or anti-silver to be pro-bitcoin and neither does anyone else. We are on the same team. The goal is to get governments out of the money business entirely.
Whelp lets see how long my back lasts today.

I'll echo the recommendation of Greg Bahnsen's "Van Til's Apologetic." He does a great job of presenting Van Til in more approachable terms.
One that is a bit more broad, comparing the classical, evidential, reformed, and fideist approaches to apologetics in a balanced, clear, and concise manner, with examples of how each approach would attempt to steer a conversation, is "Faith Has Its Reasons" by Kenneth Boa and Robert Bowman Jr.
I need to read more Rothbard... Maybe some summer reading.
OP or the other person in this reply chain?
One can never have too many sats sats. #typostr

I think I'm on the latest version.
I CAN see the poll.
I DON'T see the client (yours) I'm currently addicted to as an option 😂
That sounds like the new Motorola GrapheneOS devices still won't pass. Bummer, could have been huge for you guys since this is the biggest hassle of a GrapheneOS device.
Looks like I'm King for a Day!

Thanks for sharing. Appreciated the perspective
You can't simply declare I stand on gods furniture without proving god exists.
This is the demon haunted world, a whole collection of invisible untested assumptions about the nature of being. By having them you create a barrier to questioning and learning about the world around you.
The KitKat thing has to be an April fools joke right? How are you going to fence 24,000lbs of candy bars?
They regulate who it can be prescribed to, and under which terms, in my country... Just because something is 'private' doesn't mean the government doesn't regulate it. It also doesn't mean a lab can just process samples from anyone who wants to pay for the service. "The government" stops me by not allowing the lab to sell me the service without government's permission. There are many examples of this issue.
Can think of a few related anthems that might fit the spot
PV and GM Plebs! It baffles me how every server on a mobile game has a whale. Never fails even with thousands of servers. Da fuck these people doing? #plebchain #coffeechain

Can you factor the number 21? How about 15? If I told you that quantum computers factored 15 in 2001, when would you guess they factored 21?
The answer is that 25 years later they still can't do it. No quantum computer has factored the number 21.
Why the hype? It isn't major breakthroughs. It is VCs marketing so they can flip worthless companies to idiots.
Basic factoring is taught by 5th grade in American schools. An average 5th grader has a better chance of stealing Satoshi's coins with their brain than a quantum computer does.
Selling Bitcoin for dollars over quantum fears? Tradfi lives on 4 digit pins, who is going to fall first?

I did not get into what all this discussion is leading to. But is there any legit counter to the csam critique?
Or could just any malicious actor upload a csam picture on the #Bitcoin blockchain anytime? I mean like now.?

One is that I can't log in on Firefox, GrapheneOS, nos2x.
The other has puzzle spoilers for today's puzzle including an embarrasing mistake. I was getting a must contain $letter error for guesses that had the letter.
I just tried resending the DM using amethyst.
Having our roof replaced and set it off when bringing the packs of shingles to the roof. Apparently vibrations can disrupt the sensing chamber enough to make a false alarm happen.
#permaculture people of nostr, what are you doing with deadfall and pruned branches? I'm thinking about getting a chipper shredder to make it into mulch.

I talked to @nprofile…rncz about a few books I liked and asked for recs. It gave me 3 that sounded awesome and I couldn't wait to read em. But I couldn't find any info on the books or authors. It MADE UP 3 books that don't exist. WTF. I don't use AI to validate my feelings or create a safe space where my delusions are catered to, damnit.

@nprofile…us89 I sent you a DM about some bugs I ran into.
That doesn't sound right at all. I've got many years of diet and exercise mistakes to undo.
I'm making progress now so I'm happy. The habits and the patience are built so now we just stay the course.
